This collection with pronounced creative features, confirms the long friendship which bonds Maurice Leonard, founder of Gold & Wood and Wood Optic CEO and Jean-Francois Rey, highly creative, founder and CEO of the Company that bears his name.

 

Between evolution and revolution, the brand installs new masculine aesthetic codes. The traditionally sober lines directed to men, evolute towards light and structured modern new look. Jean-Francois Rey´s creativity and his passion for urban and industrial universe, is expressed through frames inspired from architecture looking like real buildings. Here, the exotic woods and metallic frames intermix to become a frame solid, stable and elongated like a building.

The Re-Evolution  frames reinvent art and space occupancy. The designed temples and hinges, where the slits between the edge of the lenses and the fronts circled or with nylon thread, intertwine with the spaces on the faces and build new looks.
